Most business websites land somewhere between $1,500 and $4,000 depending on how many pages and features you need. Web apps vary a lot more, so I quote those after we've talked. Either way, you get a fixed number in writing before any work starts. I don't do surprise invoices.
A straightforward business site is usually two to four weeks. Bigger projects take longer, and I'll give you a realistic date up front rather than an optimistic one I can't hit.
No. Most people don't have the time or the patience for it. I'll ask you questions about your business and draft it, then you tell me what to change.
That's common. I'll take a look at what you have, tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding or just improving, and we go from there.
If you want to, yes. I can set it up so you can change text and photos without touching code. A lot of clients would rather just send me a message and have me do it, and that's fine too.
You take everything with you. The site is yours, it's not locked to me or to any platform, and I'll hand over whatever the next person needs.
